Spending the afternoon at Elisabeth's house , best place to work, not just because we are friends, but because her apartment is absolutely amazing ;) While washing my hands in the bathroom I couldn't help but snap a few quick photos, even though I only had my travel camera with me with a 45mm lens, equivalent to an 85mm lens. This means I could only shoot close ups, but I hope you can see some of the beautiful details then. As for more photos ( plus how the bathroom looked before ) you can check Elisabeths own post on her blog here. Believe me, its worth it, you will fall in love ;) Some of the highlights for this renovation and few of my favorite details include the Montana bathroom furniture, faucet from Dornbracht , and even though it is not a details, the most beautiful floor from Pastellone is a natural floor system made out of lime, marble powder and other minerals inspired by antique Venetian floors. The material choices were great I think, Elisabeth designed a bathroom that is at the same time as elegant as it is calm and relaxing place to be. Who wouldn't want to shower in here and get ready in the morning?
Beautiful Petite Apartment Studio in Gothenburg
Wednesday, June 13, 2018
I happened to run across a few days ago this amazing petite apartment in Gothenburg while perusing Entrance makleri, for a super small space, it is packing with amazing style. I could not possibly live in here of course, I definitely need a separate bedroom from the living room, while the space does not look like it has any real storage, so everything would be messy within an hour if I lived there. However, add one more room and even a few square meters for keeping all my things, and I am sold. From the old details to the huge beautiful era windows, stunning floors, even the beautiful entrance, I dont even care that it is on the first floor. Love the styling too, very clever use of space with only just a hint of country, just enough to create a cozy atmosphere. I love it. Scroll below for more photos or visit Entrance makleri for an overview plus the plan, you wont believe how small it really is!

Elin Kickéns beautiful apartment
Tuesday, March 20, 2018
The duo Sundling-Kickén needs no intriduction I hope at this point, and I am so very happy for it. Two young ladies so talented emerging in the scene, it is something to celebrate!
My eye noticed Elin Kickéns home at Residence Magazine and I thought I should really share, especially since I am moving again soon and I will be on the lookout for another apartment and I need to be inspired! Scroll below for more photos of the beautifully styled and photographed space of Elin!

Sunday Findings
Sunday, November 19, 2017
I am supposed to pick up colors to paint the living room and the bedroom this week (more photos of my bedroom today you can find here), but I stumbled on this beautiful bedroom at Alvhem, and now I am thinking maybe just a fresh coat of some sort of white is what I really want, and instead have color in the kitchen and living room. A super minimal bedroom works great for a lot of people, however I need mine a little bit more cozy, and of course you can have cozy without having to sacrifice design. The bedroom on Alvhem has more of a country vibe, if I was to replicate it probably I would see something like this in the cabin rather than my Oslo apartment, but there are some beautiful details that I would love to copy today even. Build in shelf? Yes please. Blanket in earthly colors ? Another yes. Old table repurposed as a mini office is also a great idea, while the Danish chair as a sidetable is a nice touch as well. I have ordered the Georg office desk by Skagerak for the bedroom which is also going to look beautiful, but I will also visit finn to see if I can find an old table for the cabin to use in the bedroom loft. I have been very slow in getting the Oslo apartment together, but I want to think that it will happen before December is over, minus many some details. If there is anything I am learning is maybe it doesn't need to be perfect, it just needs to feel like home.

Beautiful Apartment in Kungsholmen in Stockholm
Wednesday, October 4, 2017
A home for sale up on Fastastic Frank caught my eye , and of course I recognized it from the first Melo Studio shoot Sara Medina Lind did there with Pella Hedeby on the styling wheel. Situated in the island of Kungsholmen in Stockholm , it is really perfect for a young couple , a classic 19th century renovated apartment in a beautiful area, it would be so easy to move there even for me and I am very picky when it comes to apartments for myself. I have assembled some photos below but for even more photos and information check Fastastic Frank .

Latest project : Oslo Apartment for Sale at Thorvald Meyersgate
Tuesday, September 26, 2017
A few days ago me and my talented friend and colleague Elisabeth Heier teamed up in order to style and shoot the rental apartment that she is currently living that is up for sale. The photos turned out amazing , it was difficult not to when Elizabeth did such a great job styling the whole apartment, I only had to point and shoot :) I am starting my tour from the bedroom, easily my most favorite room in the apartment, but as you can see, the rest is fantastic as well! Following the master bedroom, the kids bedroom, the living room, dining room and kitchen, bathroom, hallway and last but not least some photos from the yard! More photos are up on the ad for the sale here, while you can always find more details at Elisabeths blog about the rooms and the styling.
