Yesterday I decided to make my favorite chocolate ( mine is NICOLAS VAHÉ caramel cocoa ).

As I happened to have some cream of course I went for the decadent chocolate with whipping cream version. To say I miscalculated and made a mess (albeit a beautiful mess) would be an understatement.

Nevertheless when life gives you lemons it's time for a lemonade and in my case the messy result became a beautiful piece of temporary art. They way the cocoa melted into the whipping cream while it was running from the glass, I think at least, created the most beautiful lines worthy of at least a blogpost.
