Quick brunch with my favorite ingredients. Poached eggs or lightly fried in the same pan with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and some red peppers. Next week on Wednesday I will be visiting Copenhagen again for a Design Letters event and we will be staying at the Radisson SAS Royal , one of Copenhagens historic hotels where the event is hosted as well. I have never visited the SAS Royal and it has been on my To Visit list for years so I am beyond excited.
